How much does a train ticket from Bergen op Zoom to Amsterdam cost? This will be a two way ticket on a week day. I ll be going there in the morning and coming back in the late afternoon.

My wife and I are interested in buying a co-op in the NYC area. We are first-time buyers and are wondering if we should put in an offer much lower than the asking price — say, 15-20% — or if this is not realistic. The price of the co-op is lower than many others we’ve seen, but the maintenance fee is much higher. We like the place and don’t want to lose it by bidding too low, but we don’t want to get taken advantage of, either.

My mare needs a caslicks operation, b/c she pools urine. But I think my vet is ripping me off (we have no good surgeons in the area just a cow vet) they want $6,000 for the surgery, I have heard of colic surgeries costing less. Has anyone had the procedure done on their mares, if so what did it cost and did they do it at your farm or did your mare have to go to a facility for it ?( I do not have a crush box at my farm) are the sutures permenant and how long is the recovery period? Thanks in advance.

My cat had op yesterday. Just realised on insurance that as she is over 9, i have to pay 20% of bill myself. Am dreadin tomorrow-does anyone have any idea how much this will cost-I didn’t ask as i assumed I was fulled covered, bar the usual £50 excess.
